Grep Digital collaborated with the city developer (JV sponsor), the prime System Integrator, and a reference supplier with 4,000+ ambulances live to design the JV model, validate the technology stack, and structure the long-term business case.

 

The Challenge

Legacy emergency services were operationally and digitally fragmented:

  • Ambulance fleets tied to specific hospitals, limiting surge capacity.

  • Gaps in dispatch coordination, triage, and telemetry data flow.

Mapped stakeholder dependencies, readiness playbooks, and structured delivery governance. Developed the project orchestration framework for rollout — covering integration sequencing, SLA benchmarks, and post-go-live transition for managed services or BOT handover.
