We suggested a 4-pronged approach to understanding the business process, identify the areas of separation of services, bring in experts to deliver the solution in build-operate-transfer model.

What is the proposed solution?

We enabled to build the solution architecture by mapping to problem areas to where technology help is available. They created a new service layer with minimal disruption to meet the expected business outcomes. They constructed the Secure Service Layer to perform KYC, Bank Verification, document creation, multi-party signatures, and Transaction Settlements.

They provided the service layer as Business Process-as-a-Service. It could integrate into multiple existing software systems, offering various workflows to automate and track the investment and funding process and status.

The delivery model included the fractal advantage of speed and responsiveness to bring curated talent on a common platform. They developed and delivered the end-to-end solution collaboratively in build-operate-transfer model.

The Outcome

The client got a modern technology-led process system that integrated different workflow steps in a modular plug-n-play design using micro-service architecture. This paved the way for further plug-ins that enhanced overall business effectiveness and customer experience.

The work finished early, enabling the internal technical team to prioritize user experience components. They shifted their focus from the core backend foundation.

The result was faster introduction of superior work processes, customer experiences to easily manage business growth.
